We are looking for a high caliber Finance Manager to be the primary Finance partner to the Product & Sales Specialist (PSS) team in the EU. In this highly visible and strategic role, you will build scalable finance processes, analytical frameworks, and thought leadership. You will support sales leaders as our portfolio of products and solutions expands with increased complexity as Ads makes deeper inroads with advertisers and agencies.
Key job responsibilities
• Primary Finance partner to the EU Product & Sales Specialist (PSS) team
• Partner with PSS Leaders to define, implement, and track progress towards goals
• Develop new go-to-market strategies to optimize PSS and generalist sales team partnerships
• Drive the development, standardization, and automation of PSS Finance reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reviews.
• Ad hoc business support for PSS expansion

Ads PSS Finance provides both controllership (WBR, Monthly Financial Reviews, Goals, Planning, etc) and business insights and analytics (deep dives, variance analysis, Finance-driven free cash flow goals, etc).
About the team
The Product & Sales Specialist Finance team supports business teams by evaluating investment opportunities, managing business performance, forecasting business growth, building tools that improve and speed up decision making, building and maintaining controls and mechanisms to manage investments & productivity, developing insights and business growth ideas that go beyond what already exists.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
• Extensive relevant work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
• History of understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements across many stakeholders
• Experience in pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
• Familiarity with analytical tools and modeling methods
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with financial reporting software (Cognos/Oracle financial systems/SQL)
