CAO IA - Controls & Business Transformation Hub (CAO IA - CBT Hub)

CAO IA Controls & Business Transformation - Hub conducts process deep dives and reviews ideas to deliver scalable automation solutions and controls. Key focus of the CAO IA CBT Hub is to customize firm wide digital automation capabilities to deploy cost effective modules impacting execution velocity and ROI.

Job Responsibilities / Role:
  • Understand solutions capabilities & map to manual touch points
  • Responsible for identifying potential opportunities and implementing effective automation solution
  • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
  • Understand the overall service delivery landscape, plan execution strategy for smooth touch down
  • Ensure the automation implementation is compliant as per company policy
  • Manage intelligent automation end to end projects execution and governance
  • Collaborate with Business, technology teams, Risk & Controls partners & relevant stakeholders to ensure calibrated delivery
  • Ability to influence what's right for the organization
  • Ensure tollgate adherence of end to end project life cycle
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation & creativity
  • Ability to articulate the need of engagement with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage roadblocks
  • Time management and multi-tasking
  • Proficient at producing and presenting reports
  • Strong negotiation skills & confident with strong decision making ability
  • Attention to detail

Technical / Functional Skills Required:
  • Proficient in digital solutions like Alteryx & Xceptor. Programing / coding languages like VBA, .Net & Python
  • Hands on experience on Qlikview, Tableau & SharePoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
  • Project Life Cycle experience and exposure to project execution
  • Exposed to a matrix reporting organization
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Working with Visio Professional - To translate process steps into process map / SIPOC

Generic Skills Required:
  • Self-motivated to drive agenda single handedly as well as a good team player
  • Excellent presentation & communications skills - written and verbal.
  • Passionate, Humble, Accountability & Ownership
  • Out of the box thinking

Qualification - Must to have:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Project Management Certification

Total and Relevant Experience:
  • 3 -5 years' experience in development, problem solving abilities, project management, roadblock management & solutioning.
