In our Software Engineering Group, we look for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
We are looking to recruit a Technical Business Analyst who will be responsible for end-to-end detailed analysis of related systems and refining requirements that can be written into executable business tests. As part of an Agile team in Reference Data Document Management group, the Technical Analyst will collaborate on requirements gathering, prioritization, estimating, risk assessment, planning, use cases, user stories and high-level design.

Role:
- Work with Global partners, business teams and users to gather, analyse requirements and assist the team in defining appropriate technology solutions for business scenarios
- Documenting requirements with user stories, use cases and process flows or other UML artifacts as necessary
- Guide developers within the team and ensure solutions are consistent and coherent
- Assist in design sessions with the delivery team as needed
- Identify potential user interfaces, data modelling, systems integration approaches
- Define and capture acceptance criteria for each user story
- Assist with release coordination, adoption tracking and help with occasional production issues
- Ability to understand and query the data layer
Experience required:
- Past experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Experience soliciting requirements across large organisations and translating them into clearly defined, low level technical requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with exposure to Agile Development methodologies
- Experience managing stakeholders across a large enterprise environment at varying levels of the organisation
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals across different time zones
- Solid understanding of the modern software development processes, including DevOps
