Responsibilities:

  • Provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting driven by Microsoft Power BI to immediate manager and business partners as required from the FITS database
  • Complete Validation of monthly financials in the FITS database as compared to Accounting systems
  • Provide analytics to the Enterprise Market Data Sourcing Team by report generation, leading the collection and analysis of data by vendor, business unit or service
  • Analyze Market Data Category, sub-category and vendor expense/spend trends
  • Carry out complex Market Data financial activities with significant review on each internal business unit, reviewing and validating impacts, trends and budgets
  • Drive internal partner centric quality initiatives to increase awareness on reporting of Market Data statistics and trends
  • Interact with Business Units and Partners to formulate and implement strategy and solutions to enhance existing data reporting, create new efficiencies, and improve processes and overall awareness
  • Display planning and proactive follow up skills with in the Global Enterprise Market Data Team and all Business Units
  • Serve as a key Market Data subject matter expert and mentor to other employees
  • Responsible for Market Data projects and learning project management skills
  • Ad hoc projects and reports as requested

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of experience in the financial services industry or data driven experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Prior experience working in fast-pace, high demand environment
  • Exhibits strong time management skills and sets priorities
  • Capacity to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in reviewing detailed data and drive for accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related business school equivalent
