The Treasury team is the primary interface with investors in the firm's fixed income bonds and notes programs. We collaborate with the firm's bank network and other liquidity providers, managing bank lines of credit, control and movement of the firm's cash and cash positions. We support various Treasury processes including Banking, Payment platforms & settlement of inter-company transaction.

As Treasury Analyst Middle Office, you will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Payments process & associated static data maintenance in various systems. Maintaining the standard settlement instructions and the associated bank account rules which are set up to support the settlement and managing Treasury master data including monitoring settlement of various treasury transactions and change settlement accounts as needed.
As Treasury Analyst Middle Office you will be responsible for:
- Running the daily settlement control reports and provides transaction forecasts & reporting to various teams and managing the regulatory derivatives reporting process including the legal entity registration and maintenance for reporting.
- Maintaining landscape database of risk management products by coverage type / program including payment schedules
- Reconciling invoices received from Treasury & risk management vendors & reconcile them to the master schedule
- Submitting vendor invoices for payment through the Baker Hughes Ariba system ensuring processed and approved in a timely manner, and monitor the overall spend for various risk management programs
- Reporting risk management income statement and cash impact to the HQ IS and cash FP&A teams
- Being a back-up in the daily settlement process in Quantum for FX and commodity derivatives, term deposits and other investments, understanding the settlement of bonds, commercial paper and other borrowings and internal and external netting and gross settlement concepts.
- Partnering with Treasury Front Office, Treasury Accounting and Digital Technology teams to provide support for testing and rollout of new software applications and upgrades.
- Maintaining and track KPI’s monthly and report same to the management

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Technology from an accredited university or college
- Have experience with cash management, Trax or other payment systems (cash accounting is an advantage)
- Have experience with managing projects and working in a global environment
- Have strong analytical and organizational/project management skills, committed to process improvement
- Be able to work effectively across functions in a matrix environmentHave full proficiency in MS Office
- Full professional proficiency in English and be able to anlyse data driven communications across all levels of the organisation
