Accounts Executive (Immediate)

An independent global sport and entertainment network is looking for an Accounts Executive to join its team. Due to the urgency of the role, they are looking for someone on a short notice basis or available immediately.

about the manager/team

• Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be handling full sets of account for a subsidiary and handling the full spectrum of accounts payable
• Work closely with reporting heads on accounting and financial procedures, systems and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
• Assist in cash flow management and liquidity monitoring
• Perform monthly inter-company, bank and accounts reconciliations
• Support submission of financial, management and head office reports review
• Liaise with bankers, tax advisers, external and internal auditors for periodic audit and prepare tax schedule for submission to tax authorities

skills and experience required
To succeed, you must have at least a Degree of accountancy or equivalent and at least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. You possess great communication skills and a team player. You are available immediately or on a short notice basis.
