Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

You will:
  • Communicate and coordinate with various functions within Customer & Finance Services and other functions to map specific processes;
  • Assist to various processes within the order-to-cash teams;
  • Collect and present data-driven recommendations to the finance team;
  • Provide support in accounts receivable reporting preparation

Essential requirements:
  • Accounting or Finance studies;
  • Professional English & well rounded communication skills;
  • Close attention to details;
  • Self starter who does not require daily oversight;
  • Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookups).
