Working as a Senior Internal Auditor, you will have a big focus on SOX and Internal Controls plus financial and operational audits, and compliance reviews for the company.
You will work closely with business management to raise the level of controls and improve business performance and contribute to providing assurance to the Audit Committee regarding risk and overall governance.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will ideally be a qualified Accountant/Auditor ACCA, ACA, IIA/CIA with a background working in SOX.
- You will have a strong understanding of risk management, internal control frameworks and generally accepted accounting principles (including US GAAP) and auditing standards.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across different areas of the business and with both junior staff and senior leaders
- Excellent report writing skills
