Description
Reconciliation Accountant - Woking
- Meet the timetable for scheduled monthly activities
- Reconcile the appropriate accounts on a timely basis
- Follow up and resolve any reconciling items on a monthly basis, liaising with National Organisations and Country Offices to clear these
- Support colleagues in Country Offices to ensure any unposted items are entered into SAP finance and grant modules
- Monitoring of unliquidated partner advances and follow up with Country Offices to action overdue items
- Work under pressure to month end deadlines and with large transaction volumes
- Other ad hoc tasks in support of the group
Profile
An ideal candidate would have strong systems skills preferably with knowledge of SAP and would have demonstrated experience of exposure to multi-currency transactions in a large multinational organisation
Job Offer
Salary £33,000 - £37,500
