Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Consolidation of monthly management accounts. Production of management accounts for subsidiaries
- Submitting monthly management accounts to Parent company
- Consolidation of annual budget, including production, analysis and loading of subsidiary returns into the system. Assist the Group FC with the preparation of the budget;
- Consolidation and reporting of monthly cash flow forecast including commentary and headroom analysis;
- Liaise with auditors at year end and interim with regards to consolidation and intercompany transactions;
- Assisting Group FC in the preparation of statutory accounts for UK trading companies;
- Consolidation and analysis of the twice-monthly sales forecast;
- Review and approval of payment runs;

Job Offer
