Description

• Specialize in leading and managing the financial reporting functions
• Managing company Working Capital and Cash Flow
• Managing external audit of company's accounts
• Responsible for Internal control, SOX and compliance
• Prepares reports that summarize company business activity and financial position
• Establishes or recommends proper accounting treatment or methods
• Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets
• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments
• Establishes relations with banks and other financial institutions

Profile

Degree in Accounting and Finance

Professional qualification will be added advantage

Good leadership and attention to details

Experience in SOX will be added advantage

Preferably from manufacturing background with 3 years managerial experience
