Accounting and Finance Expert

These services include comprehensive ATM, POS and card outsourcing services, card issuing and merchant acquiring services, software solutions, consumer money transfer and bill payment services.

We are currently looking for

Accountants

based in our European Operations Centre in Budapest

Our office is just in front of MOM Park where the new colleague will report directly to the Financial Controller and will work closely together with different Euronet teams globally.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Daily booking of incoming invoices, expenses, bank transactions (AP, AR)
• Perform complex accounting
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations
• Work with internal-/extrernal auditors, participation in preparation for audits
• Cooperation with foreign partners, different departments
• Participate in month-, year-end closing
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc report, analysis

Who are we looking for:

• University/College degree in finance or economics (is a must)
• Experience in a complex accounting role
• Thorough accountancy knowledge
• Advanced level of English (Hungarian is an advantage, but not a must)
• Knowledge of another European language, i.e. French, Spanish, Portuguese can be an advantage
• Team player attitude as you can really contribute to team success
