This role requires an individual with excellent team leadership skills, outstanding analytical & technical experience (business intelligence tools and SQL), and the ability to work across ATS to drive business outcomes. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong understanding of finance, independence and entrepreneurial ability to work with minimal direction and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities, and drive implementation end-to-end for analytical solutions

• Create and deliver metrics critical for tracking and managing the business. This will include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

• Work with finance and functional business leaders to build scalable processes and metrics

• Use analytics to explain business drivers all the way up to the senior leadership

• Lead and develop a team of business analysts to generate insights that will guide operational excellence and product development for our customers.

• Serve as a key member of ACES leadership by turning data into actionable insights and providing support for strategic initiatives.

• Influence the decisions of stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication and logical reasoning.

• Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a similar discipline with analytical bias
• Relevant work experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or similar position requiring analysis
• Experience using data driven analytics to support business decisions
• Experience managing a team of analysts or similar technical positions
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Experience creating presentations and documentation
• Experience distilling problem definitions, models, and constraints from informal business requirements
• Experience communicating and presenting to leadership or internal stakeholders
• Experience interpreting and communicating analytics
• Experience performing root cause analysis to uncover issues using data and reports

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Experience in designing and building data infrastructure / automated reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
• Masters in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Operations Research or other quantitative field
• Proven experience in BI/DW as a change leader providing strategic research, recommendations, and implementation in both business and technical roles
• Familiarity with Amazon's cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
• Experience with Python or other relevant scripting language
• Experience with relational database design and architecture
