IFS-IRP is responsible for providing investment reporting and performance services to the BP2S clients. It serves with timely and accurate information to the stakeholders and helping them to come up with the investment strategy.

Position Purpose

IRP team is a centralized team with a set of experts, across all IRP end to end streams starting from Acquisition, Calculation and Reporting (Static and Dynamic). The core activity lies in handling day-to-day live production queries/issues. The role is diverse, demands the ability and expertise of client reporting and performance functions. The individual will be responsible for both the production and delivery of various lines of financial reports such as Accounting Reports, Investment Reports, Performance Reports, Risk Reports, and Attribution etc. The role majorly requires timely and prompt coordination and communication with various stakeholders spread across the globe (UK/AU/EU/SG/US) such as Operations, IT Service Delivery and IT Development teams.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the IRP application systems used by IRP operations team.
  • The individual should possess strong knowledge of the application in order to identify and troubleshoot the issues to provide an ideal resolution.
  • Understand all areas of IRP and IRP applications, develop cross-functional expertise to own the support issues and define a quick solution for issues reported.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyse the issues, identify the root cause, summarize the analysis and present it to the Management.
  • Work with performance analysts to propose improvements to current production processes
  • Produce monthly KPI's to the management and raise requests to improvise the process to the change request team
  • Conduct meetings with global IRP locations to understand the need and report the progress on the agreed SLAs.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Ability to perform Functional analysis and identify impacts (functional/technical)

• Knowledge on Spotfire or other Data Analytic tool would be preferable

• Good to have knowledge in Database like Oracle / SQL and PL/SQL
