Description
As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the day to day management of the Credit Team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: recruit, train and manage a small team; conduct 121s and appraisals; creation, monitoring and maintaining credit accounts; liaise frequently with a broad range of customers; debt collection; resolve and respond to any escalated disputes; bank reconciliation; debtor reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Credit Control position - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in a Senior/Supervisory Role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
