Page Personnel are working with an exciting company in Sale, Trafford, recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team.
Description
As a Credit Controller, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for assisting with the timely and efficient collection of cash and payments.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: making telephone calls to customers to facilitate payment; reducing debt and average debtor days; responding to and resolving queries; work closely alongside the finance team to escalate issues; actioning of letters and email to chase payment.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a high volume Credit role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
