Supporting the Finance Director and FP&A manager, you will prepare, analyse and interpret key financial and non-financial data by using Business Intelligence Tools. You will be under the APAC client reporting team. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, Finance team, Global facilities team local business managers to determine opportunities for business reporting and funnel any pure financial accounting issues to the appropriate person.

Description

Client Commercial Analysis & Reporting

  • Set up and develop the client reporting suite for business use
  • Provide insights into client performance and client sector trends
  • Review performance of PSA's to top line and recruitment activities
  • Ongoing review of current fee % pricing and provide recommendations in relation to in-demand job sectors
  • Review and report on key account performance and commercial viability including volumes, repeat business, and fee %
  • Develop an understanding of the multiple platforms and data warehouses used to host the client information.
  • Review and maintain client grouping and key account lists
  • Review exception reports for outlying data and other data quality issues
  • Track client charge rates to ensure consistency with preferred supplier agreements (PSA's), feedback errors and omissions to key business stakeholders, and track rectification actions
  • Provide support and standard data extracts to wider client-focused teams

Profile

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced Excel
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of data warehouse systems
  • Understand multi-disciplines or sector reporting
  • Comfortable with handling, manipulating and presenting data to senior stakeholders
  • Customer analytics experience preferred, but not a must
