I am working with a fast growing business in Manchester who are looking to hire an ambitious newly qualified accountant in to a Finance Manager role. This business is a market leading developer with a portfolio that comprises of award-winning office, leisure, retail, industrial and residential properties spread across the UK. Over recent years the business has undertaken a number of significant developments in Manchester and has expanded into new lines of business.

Description

This newly created Finance Manager role will join a high calibre finance team and will report in to the Finance Director. This role will have day to day responsibility for ensuring that the financial reporting and analysis of the major development projects the business undertakes is maintained in a robust manner. You will have key stakeholders within the business and the finance function and whilst the day-to-day reporting and forecasting will be the initial emphasis of the role - there will be a longer term emphasis to improve how the finance team manages these areas.

Profile

You will be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a strong eye for detail and desire to move into a role with commercial exposure from the outset. You will be a team player and leader and you will be a strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex financial information in an easy to understand format. You will also have good presentation skills especially with external business partners and contacts.

Job Offer
