Fund Accounting Senior Officer

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the accounting and administration of a portfolio of clients, and act as their liaison when it comes to quality issues.

It will see you take an active part in the initial set-up of new funds, working with independent tax specialists, lawyers and notaries as part of that process., You’ll take care of day-to-day operations of the funds and follow up with all third parties. And you’ll also oversee Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files.

From the preparation of Net Asset Value calculations to year-end statements, drawdown notices to arranging investor servicing and onboarding, you’ll bring your experience to bear across the board. You’ll also organise and take part in board meetings and shareholders meetings.

About you

Organised and flexible, you’ll be able to work as a team and independently. Deadlines don’t faze you, and you’ll have real energy, commitment and ambition.

Your strong academic background will ideally include a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Economics. Beyond this, you’ll have 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience and be working towards ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualification. Knowledge of real estate or private fund equity administration would be a bonus.

Monthly Salary:  From 2,460 Euro Gross
