Internal Control & Process Manager (Healthcare)

Our client is a well established consumer health MNC with a wide range of products under their belt. They are now looking for an Internal Control & Process Manager, APAC to join them. This is a newly created role due to business needs.

About the job

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the development of policies and procedures ensuring their implementation and monitoring compliance. You will also work to foster standardization and consistency across the APAC region of business processes and internal controls in addition to partnering with respective function teams to provide training or guidance when implementing a new control or process. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a keen interest in improving an organization's internal control & processes environment and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills and experience required

A recognised degree in finance/accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience. We are also open to candidates directly from Big4 audit.
