About the role
Reporting to the GM Finance, the Finance Manager will include a broad remit including both financial and management accounting. It will be a role responsible for ensuring compliance with Amadeus accounting policies and procedures in relation to:
Amadeus reporting (monthly pack and consolidation), Annual Budgeting preparation, Management Accounting (monthly) including Project Reporting (JET), timesheet accounting, Revenue recognition - sales invoice creation, % of completion project accounting.
The role is also key in inventory management and the annual external audit as part of a small team with a broad base of responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
Perform Amadeus monthly reporting - pack, reconciliations, consolidation, cashflow projections.
Oversee Annual Budgeting - ICM worldwide budget by entity. Revenue & costs.
Project Reporting - Financial Accounting - calculation of % of completion. Monthly accrual/deferral revenue postings.
Invoicing third party customers and Amadeus. Creating invoicing, follow up internal Work Orders. Manage completeness of monthly revenue invoicing.
Stakeholder reporting - Support team, ICM sales team - providing analysis as and when required.
Experience
• 7+ years' experience in financial accounting with tax accounting required.
• Must have Navision and Jet experience.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements IFRS and annual reporting standards.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proven experience as a Manager / in accounting.
• Experience with general ledger functions and formal month-end/year-end close process to timetable.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages.
• Strong numeracy skills, timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems systematically.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

- CPA/CA with 7+ years experience post qualification.
• 7+ years' experience in financial accounting with tax accounting required.

• Proven experience as a Manager / in accounting.
