Accountant (Consultant in Accounting and Tax Compliance Services)

A career in our Financial Accounting practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team provides our clients with customised accounting services based on their in house needs and current International Financial Reporting Standards (International Financial Reporting Standards) guidelines. You’ll work with our team to provide specialist advice and training in areas such as financial instruments, business combinations, pensions and share schemes, listings, corporate treasury, company secretarial and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

As a member of PwC accounting and tax compliance team, you will be engaged in day-to-day accounting and tax support of our clients (multinational companies). Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Booking bank statement, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, VAT invoices (outcoming, incoming), revenues in 1c system;
• Maintenance of primary documents (requesting documents from suppliers, sorting, documents preparation);
• Putting fixed assets into use in 1c system;
• Communication with client (written, oral)+visiting the client's office and picking up the documents;
• Preparation of statistical reports;
• Assistance to a Consultant in VAT, CPT reports preparation;

Requirements:

• University degree in Economic sphere
• Work experience as an accountant about 1 year
• Good command of spoken and written Ukrainian and Russian
• At least upper-intermediate level of English
• IT literacy (MS Word, Excel), good knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Time management skills
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility,
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
