We are currently looking for exceptional Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers (4 – 10) years’ experience) to join our team and support our continued success across our diverse client base

We are seeking risk management / compliance professionals from the financial services sector to join our Financial Services Risk Management team. We are looking for a consummate team player with excellent professional skills, knowledge of the Irish and European regulatory environment and someone looking to develop their career

Financial Services Risk Management professionals help all C-suites, board members and the lines of defense in identifying, managing and monitor their risks. We focus on assisting our clients with delivery of risk transformation services to provide technical insights and support the organisational design and embedding of processes aligned to regulatory expectations

Our Financial Services Risk Management team are experienced in managing diverse Risk & Regulatory driven Programmes across a wide range of issues including Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance & Conduct, Cyber, TPRM, Prudential Risk, Quantitative Advisory Services, Credit Risk and many more

Your responsibilities as a Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager:

As a consultant, you will technically contribute to FS Risk engagements. You will work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver assignments to a high level of client satisfaction and within budget
• Maintaining a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs
• Build relationships with all levels of client management including C-suite level
• Build understanding of our solutions, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialists accordingly
• Develop relevant recommendations and solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate areas of risk
• Work with clients to meet regulatory and compliance obligations
• Role will include working with a range of clients across the financial services industry

Qualifications/skills you’ll need as a Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager:

• Good teaming and interpersonal skills and capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commitment to delivering quality work and excellent functional IT skills
• Strong experience in a risk management, regulatory or compliance role in a regulated financial services firm in Ireland
• Strong and demonstrable knowledge of current financial services regulation and legislation
• Relevant risk management or compliance professional accreditations, professional/legal qualifications and consulting experience an advantage
