[New] HR Business Partner - Software Tech

• Business partnering with functional heads, assist with business decisions and strategy
• Focus: talent management, Taiwan employment law, employee performance management, organisation development and transformation, workforce planning and budgeting

Client Details

One of the top leading businesses in its industry. The company has footprints all across APAC. Their products and services can used across all ages. With business expansion, this is a newly added headcount and will cover up 1-2 BUs as their HRBP. Working closely with TA department and BU Heads.

Description

• Collaborate closely with functional leaders to identify team and business needs
• Provide advise, evaluate different options, and develop solutions
• Employee engagement, internal communication, recruitment management planning
• Initiate employee engagement strategies, different program roll outs beneficial to business
• Conduct orientation and on boarding processes, develop role expectations
• Designing succession plans, maintaining and executing employee relations strategies, keep up to date with policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives
• Implement performance management and manage recruitment activities
• Work closely with TA / C&B / L&D team

Profile

• Minimal of 5 years of HR Business partnering experience is recommended
• Strong time management/organisational skill
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Great communication and relationship building experience
• Has results in driving business decisions or track records of multiple project management/implementation experiences
• Great command of English and Mandarin is required
• Outgoing personality and business mindset
