The Singapore finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst (MBA- Intern) to join our fast-growing consumer business in Singapore. As part of the Singapore finance team, you will partner cross functional teams and play a critical role in the business decision making process, through driving key operating mechanisms and delivering relevant insights and analysis objectively. You will also undertake specific projects and help drive continuous improvements to our processes, especially through automation as we scale the business.

Primary responsibilities:
• Own weekly and monthly reporting deliverables that are integral part of the business reviews
• Deliver insights and analysis objectively to support decision making process, using relevant data and benchmarks
• Undertake projects to improve financial performance on one part of the consumer business, recommend potential changes and improvements that can be made
• Drive process improvements/ standardization, prioritizing improvements on automation/ projects that increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing an MBA degree
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-months
• 2+ years of full-time industry work experience
• Committed to learning new things, taking ownership, and getting things done
• Excellent attention to detail, results-oriented with hands-on mentality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings
• Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SQL, TM1/Cognos is a plus
