Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for daily finance operations including the functions of overall accounting and reporting for fertilizers business.
- Assist on divisional reporting and statutory reporting.
- Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable function including verifying and posting of transactions in a timely manner.
- Responsible to prepare Bank Reconciliation and Creditors Reconciliation, as well as identify and follow-up on any discrepancies.
- To liaise closely with internal / external auditors and furnish the relevant accounting records and working papers.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.
Requirements:-
- Applicants must have Professional Qualification in Accounting (ie: ACCA, CIMA etc), Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounts payable or accounting related matters are required for this position.
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
- 1 full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
