Part Qualified Accountant

We currently have an exciting opportunity available to join our vibrant, growing accountancy practice.  We are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a Part Qualified Accountant in our Dundee office.

You will be an ambitious person and hold an AAT qualification (or equivalent) or be part qualified ACCA (or equivalent) with the commitment and enthusiasm to complete your professional studies. Good organisational, time management and communication skills would greatly assist your application. Recent experience of working within a practice environment would enhance your application but it is not essential.

You will work alongside senior staff, Managers and Partners to provide the technical expertise our clients expect.  Key responsibilities of the role will predominantly include accounts preparation for clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies as well as basic tax compliance work.  Under supervision, you will work towards becoming a controller for a portfolio of clients.  As your experience grows, invariably your exposure to different types of work and clients will increase as will your level of responsibility. To equip you to deal with this, appropriate training and supervision will be provided.

We have a strong training ethos and we will work with you to continually develop your technical skills and experience and provide any appropriate training where necessary.
