Financial Analyst

Job Description 

1. Supervise accounting operations OTC (Order to Cash). For example: Review & advise the OTC before conducting the AR clearing, XOL Insurance claim, etc
2. Review BKK (Admin, Office & Marketing Cost)
3. Review E6/E7 (PL & BS)
4. Assist financial controller during Annual local statutory audit
5. Review the Functional Finance Cost & Budgeting
6. Assist for tax audit. Provide the relevant document/ information such as BSPL, GL, audited report, nature of transaction, nature of adjustment
7. Annual stock taking and Physical check assets
8. Balance sheet reconciliation 
9. Prepare and provide signed FX declaration/ statement letter to CPM Team for every foreign payment transaction
10. Release Blocked Order  OTC
11. Petty cash count at Factories
12. Approval of custom duty
13. Ad-hoc project - Digitalization, M&A

Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor/Master degree from reputable local/overseas University
2. ACCA/CA/CPA Certification/candidate highly recommended
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a accounting/audit/finance (ex auditor preferable)
4. Familiarity with accounting software (SAP)
5. Willing to perform controlling analysis, reporting and budget planning
6. A highly motivated team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning
7. Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
8. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
9. Highly detail-oriented and organized
10. Superior analytical and digitalization skills
