Accounts Payable

This internationally owned business has a long history of supplying minerals across the globe for the manufacturing of cutting edge technology. Supplying to a range of manufacturing industries this business is looking for an energetic individual to join its locally managed, supportive team environment in the North Shore area.

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role is across all freight related queries, where you will be responsible for the processing of invoices, resolving any disputes, reconciling accounts and assisting the Credit Controller and Administration Officer when needed.

With extensive knowledge of accounts payable you will have excellent verbal and written English skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with regional and international staff members on a regular basis. Ideally you will have freight / manufacturing experience and/or experience in the construction sector. Knowledge of SAP or BPCS is essential as is a drive to work collaborative within the friendly team environment.
