Manager - Technology and Digital Finance (m/f)

To strengthen our growing CFO Services practices, we are looking for a Manager to work with clients to address critical issues for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in creating value and delivering world-class future finance capabilities.

The opportunity

As a Manager within our CFO Services team, you will be working alongside senior management on Finance transformation programs and will help drive the performance of client businesses through delivery of critical transformation projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Your key responsibilities

These transformation programs will focus on the:

• Implementation of a future Finance vision that draws on innovative global technology trends.
• Development and implementation of new operating models and support to Finance to increase efficiency and to allow better use of the resources.
• Implementation of new regulations impacting Finance and Accounting.
• Implementation of Finance Performance & Financial Risk management solutions.
• Implementation of new technology (Cloud, ERP, FP&A solution) and optimization of Finance Systems to arm CFO offices for the future.

• You will contribute to the development of your own and the team's skills by promoting a culture of high performing teams.
• You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver significant value.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• a master’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
• excellent knowledge of business English.
• several years of relevant professional experience within a Finance department or Consulting.
• strong interest or experience working in Finance Transformation or Digital Finance projects.
• experience in managing teams in a project or BAU environment.

Ideally, you also

• communicate efficiently and have a team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
• developed strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Finance function, its processes and supporting tools.
• have an accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA).
• have a technical and program management certification.
