Senior Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager - Insolvency & Restructuring

We are a firm specialising in insolvency and corporate Restructuring work. We assist creditors including financial institutions and companies resolve their debt problems through numerous restructuring mechanisms, financial monitoring, Liquidation and receivership.

We currently have openings for the positions of senior associate, assistant manager and manager in our firm.

We are excited to meet interested candidates with the following qualities:

• Sound technical knowledge of insolvency law and guidelines
• Able to lead teams, including planning and organisation of assignments
• Able to guide and train junior team members on the processes / mechanics of liquidation and receivership work as well as debt restructuring work
• Review reports and correspondences prepared by junior team members
• To communicate confidently and independently with clients, lawyers and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree /Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or equivalent or Professional qualification such as ACCA
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position of Senior Associate
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager
• Flair in numerals, report writing and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
• Strong team player with high initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
