Description

The Group Financial Accountant will be responsible for:

• leading and coordinating the Financial Accounting Team on all Finance month end tasks, to month end timetable
• producing month end-related & other ad hoc reports/analysis required/requested by senior management and by parent company
• the accounting of payroll costs for all business operations and functions globally
• completion of balance sheet reconciliations; involvement in monthly Balance Sheet Review process
• the provision of cost analysis to business managers; integrating with central functions and operations
• working with the FP&A Team on annual budgets and forecasts.

Profile

The successful Group Financial Accountant will be

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience of financial accounting in a large company
• Reconciliations, journal postings and producing financial and management accounts
• Exposure to VAT
• Team player and also able to operate independently
