Responsibilities:
Candidate Profile
- Multi-site hospitality
- Salary: up to £82,500 + 20% Bonus
- Location: Brighton/London
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of finance function and stakeholder management
- Long term strategy and planning
- PnL and Budget Management & Reporting
- Business Partnering across Ops teams
- Assist in all company-wide budget planning, managing continual review of performance vs targets
- Maintain tight controls and cash optimisation across all areas.
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Lead on all legal contracts as Company Secretary ensuring statutory requirements are met.
- Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, acquisitions or disposal as appropriate
- Review the financial systems
- Responsibility for the preparation and issuing of monthly management accounts & Year End Reports
- Provide high quality commercial analysis across the business to assist in business making decisions
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant prior experience in hospitality
- The energy and self-motivation to work within a small, rapidly growing business.
- Strong systems and IT skills
- Able to think strategically and distil large amounts of data
- Able to negotiate, influence and build excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience of managing the full PnL and demonstrated ability to deliver and exceed budgets.
