Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly closing process including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and balance sheet schedule in accordance with FRS
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Manage full-sets of account for overseas sales entitles
- Conduct periodic inventory stock count and surprise petty cash floats
- Initiate efforts to streamline repetitive work processes through system innovations and / or process changes
- Ensure adequate controls are in place
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional Accounting qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 year of accounting experience
- Strong initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Ms Office applications
