Page Personnel are working with a rapidly expanding SME, with offices based in Altrincham, recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team.
You will work closely alongside a fantastic Financial Controller, assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.

You will work closely alongside a fantastic Financial Controller, assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Description
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will report into the Financial Controller, assisting with the production of monthly accounts and reporting.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: assisting with month end accounts preparation, financial reporting; managing capital expenditure; maintenance of the fixed asset register; balance sheet reconciliations; accruals and prepayments; bank reconciliations, VAT returns, etc etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a varied accounts role - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Be studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA - or have equivalent experience - Essential
