To get the job that you'll love

For us, the personal attributes of each of our employees is what makes us authentic in the marketplace. We look for people who can not only collaborate with peers but can also bring their own voice to the table. We want people who are dynamic in their approach and respectful of other people’s opinions. We're looking for someone who wants to join a family of like-minded individuals and be more than just a team member.

As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will be expected to provide a range of Tax services, focusing on a private client portfolio, specialising in personal tax across a mix of compliance and advisory work. Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage. More specifically this would include identification of tax sensitive expenditure and wider tax issues, liaising with clients to resolve queries, communicating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met, and overseeing client portfolios to ensure HMRC deadlines are met.

As a key part of our Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Personal Tax team is operating efficiently and delivering the highest level of client service. This will include people management, planning and resourcing work, overseeing key client portfolios, responsibility for team development and training needs and ensuring a high level of team engagement.

In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our clients. A relevant professional qualification such as CTA, ICAS or ACCA is essential for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone that is comfortable working as a people manager but is also confident assisting with ongoing tax obligations and queries.

The position will be crucial to the overall success of the team and therefore your own future progression and development will be encouraged and supported.
