Description

Lead and complete annual budget cycle and all associated forecasts to ensure that appropriate targets are set and significant business issues are anticipated and managed.
* Oversee period-end close process to ensure accuracy, timely submission and optimal management of actuals.
* Ensure that the Business Unit's reporting complies with Corporate reporting requirements/policy, as well as set up robust process to ensure all Financial Reporting are adhered to in a timely and accurate manner
* Review, analyse and interpret the monthly management results of the Business Unit and make recommendations to and work interactively with management for performance improvement.
* Prepare financial packs for presentation in BU/ management meetings
. Lead improvement of processes used in the Business Unit's financial management area and contribute to other process improvement projects across the team.

Profile

* Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
* Qualified CPA/CGA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent with at least 10 years MNC
* Past Health Care sector experience preferable but not essential
* Advanced numeracy, accuracy & excellent attention to detail
* Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing dead-lines and prioritize work and deliver
* Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal guidance
* Ability to manage complexity and drive change
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as influencing skills and lateral thinking, attention to detail, ability to deliver results.
* Ability to present to senior management and be persuasive and to interface confidently with head office. Understands the Chinese fiscal and business environment
* Familiar with SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
