The Company
Our client is a sizable foreign private equity fund, urgently looking for someone to join their accounting team. This is a 4 month contract with a view to extend.
The Role:
- Responsible for month end closing
- Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliation
- Preparation of fee invoices and coordination with funds
- Responsible for payment procedures and opening of bank accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Assist in Monthly cash flow forecasting
- Work with external tax advisors/ internal tax team to ensure the tax compliance
- Assist the Head of Finance to evaluate the tax efficiency of the investment holding structure in various jurisdictions
- Assisted in SAP implementation
Your Profile
- Degree Holder
- CPA qualified is preferable
- With at least 3-5 years relevant experiences in MNCs or Finance Services
- SAP implementation/ Oracle experience would be a plus
- Excellent excel skill and Strong attention to details
- Good command in English and Chinese
