Client Details

Our client is a Hong Kong listed Property development company looking to expand their business in the PRC market. With over 40 years of history and over 1, 500 employees in the officer, they are now seeking for an Accountant to join their experienced to cope with the future expansion for the company

Description

• Handle full set of accounts including the preparation of vouchers and month end closing
• Preparation of monthly management and financial reports on a timely basis
• Prepare business and financial analysis for management review
• Prepare forecast and budget
• Assist the external auditor on annual audit & taxation matters and ensure in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Profile

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting
• Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of PRC & HK GAAP is preferred
• Knowledge in Kingdee will be an advantage
• Pleasant, proactive, efficient and a good team player
• Able to work multi-tasking and with good business sense
• Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
