We're currently partnering with the UKs leading health and wellbeing provider to find a dynamic and personable Senior Finance Analyst to own the financial planning and budgeting process for the portfolio of health and fitness clubs.
The Finance team are going through significant programmes of change including the deployment of a new ERP system and reorganisation and as such are keen to attract candidates are who want to drive change and develop reporting ad analysis to best serve the business partners and non-finance stakeholders.
The Senior Finance Analyst, with the ability to take the initiative toward delivering high quality financial information and insights to our senior management team to drive value- add business decisions.

As the Senior Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant with experience of working in analytical roles in commercial and fast-paced business. You will ideally have gain this experience working within the health and fitness industry but we will not rule out applications from other consumer-focused industries.

As the Senior Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
- Developing, improving and delivering timely Financial MI, performance reporting & appraisals
- Supporting the Commercial & Operational teams with data driven insights
- Delivering financial modelling to support business cases and investment decisions
- Owning the budget and forecast process for your business segments
- Identifying and enhancing process automation
- Owning user acceptance testing of reports developed by the BI Team
