Sr.Business Analyst
Need min 4 years of relevant exp in BA
somebody who with testing background would be good.
otherwise from the starting BA activities.
BA with good communication skills, has experience in Agile & BA activities, experience in client facing roles will be good.Exposure to tools like JIRA etc are also good

Business Analyst-Job Description: (Functional BA/ Technical BA )
• Candidate should have complete understanding of SDLC and have proven experience of requirement gathering from different stakeholders.
• This role will require frequent client interaction and analyze the impacts of change, document, and support communication.
• Well versed on Agile methodology and processes with hands on experience on Confluence & JIRA.
• Good communication skills and efficient stakeholder management. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good to have working experience on project like enhancements, rollouts & changes on existing system.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the different market PO(s) & ensure that all change requests (CRs) are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
• Elicit and clearly document business requirements on confluence & able to write SMART user stories in JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with solution architectures & developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Collaborates with product owners to determine project scope and vision.
• Conducts meetings with the market or business Team to gather requirements via grooming sessions, meetings discussion, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Support project implementation, including managing demo, UAT, rollout planning and support, creating documentation.
• Build and maintain working relationships with team members, and other departments involved in multiple projects.
• Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
