Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the training and execution of the finance process.
  • Sale of all back-end products.
  • Procure financing for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees.
  • Keep all CIT's under 10 days.
  • Finance & Warranty source relations.
  • Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our extended warranty company.
  • Develop alternative sources for back-end products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our GAP insurance provider.
  • Meet Finance Manager expectations.
  • Maximize all back-end products.

  • Assist Sales Manager in the training of Salespeople
  • Backup Sales Manager, desking deals and managing the store on his day off and vacations.
  • Assist Sales Manager in the recruiting and interviewing of salespeople.

Required Education & Experience:
  • High school or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of Automotive Finance

Position Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Schedule:
  • 5 Day work week
  • Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

Compensation:
  • $75,000 - $110,000 annually
