Client Details
An established Petworth based organisation are seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Description
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Banking and bank reconciliation
- Invoice processing and authorisation of expenditure
- Monthly and quarterly production of accounts and reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Credit control
- Preparing management information and producing year end accounts
- Staff management, objective setting and appraisal
Profile
- Excellent planning and time management
- Exceptional communication
- The ability to manage and lead a team
- Objective setting and developing staff
- Using own initiative (taking charge of situations)
- The ability to problem solve, present solutions and process improvements
- Confidence in communicating own ideas
- PQ or QBE
