Accounts Payable Clerk (Immediate start)

Accounts Payable Clerk VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for a leading NI Manufacturing Organisation based in Ballyclare for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis . The Accounts Payable Clerk will work within a busy established team processing all supplier invoicing, payments and dealing with account queries. Responsibilities: Duties include: Accurate and timely matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices Recording of information to the purchase ledger Ensure invoices are processed for payments Ensure payments are accurately calculated and VAT correctly charged Ensure BACS payments are made as required Running purchase ledger reports as required for month and year end Any other duties as required The Ideal Person: At least 6 months experience in a similar role Good numeracy and literacy skills Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including at least a Grade B in English and Maths) Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook Remuneration: £18,000 - £19,000 For further information on this vacancy, or any other Temporary Accountancy job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Laura McFarlane in the strictest confidence on 02890 330 250
