Description:
Who are we?
We are Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) and we are Innovators in Transportation. Our mission is centred on customer obsession as we focus on delivering the best service at the best speed to our customers (https://youtu.be/en5YqrtBGvY). Finance plays a critical role in ATS but for us, it goes far beyond the numbers. We are equal Business Partners. We innovate every day. We ensure controllership is priority number one. We work globally and cross functionally in continued support of our world class operations. However, we still have work to do and it is still Day One!
What is the role?
EU ATS Finance is growing fast - we are looking for a senior finance professional who is passionate about joining a company that is constantly re imagining the logistics industry. Our business partners trust us and rely on our analytical know how. Big decisions are made through the collaborative approach we follow. If you like making sense of ambiguous data, working with business partners to solve complex problems and thinking big to identify new ways of working that will benefit our customers, we would love for you to join us!
What will I have ownership of?
• Deep diving ambiguous and incomplete datasets to identify issues and cost out opportunities
• Work autonomously to deliver results through high impact projects that will delight our customers and improve controllership within ATS
• Presenting opportunities for efficiency and savings in a fast-paced environment
• Own production of innovative short and long-term plans in partnership with key stakeholders
• Building and owning business partner relationships, using data and influence
• Steering weekly and monthly reviews, inclusive of trends, variances, bridging and concise commentary.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?
In addition to the areas, you will have ownership of, you will also:
• Collaborate with, and learn from, leaders that have made the impossible, possible
• Have flexible working opportunities in a Company that strives to be Earth's best employer
• Be given the chance to "Try, fail, try again". We are all inventors and failing is an important part of the process
• Be provided with tools and support to shape your career in whichever direction you would like to
• Have opportunities to influence our sustainability and society initiatives and join one of many affinity groups focused on diversity, inclusion and equity

Basic Qualifications:
