Due to an exciting period of growth with turnover expected to double within the next 3 years, a new and exciting position has been created for an experienced and newly qualified Finance Manager to lead and develop the transactional finance team of 5. Supporting the Finance Director, you will also be instrumental in driving the development of new processes, systems and controls as the organisation continues its strategic growth path.
This role offers significant scope to progress to divisional finance director within the next 3-5 years.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 5 junior members of the finance function at the UK head office - acting as their direct line and overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts, balance sheets, variance analysis and one P&L per annum for the company.
In addition, you will prepare management information to the Board and senior operations and provide commercial support to business strategy and decision-making.
We are looking for a resilient and seasoned qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). You should also have a successful track record in a Finance Manager/ Senior Management Accountant role and have experience of managing internal stakeholders/senior management.
