Qualifications
Requirements:
- Responsible for timely and accurate valuation statements for customers
- Responsible for verification of settlement details with customers
- Ensure timely and accurate brokerage fees reconciliation and payment
- Attend to internal and external customers' queries
- Drives process improvement and system automation
- Ensure compliance to Department and Bank's operational risk and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A strong team player
- Meticulous and accurate in work
- Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with customers and people at various levels
- Good knowledge in treasury products or processing
- Relevant experience in treasury processing preferred
- May be required to work on weekends / Singapore public holidays
