Site Finance Manager - Near Brigg, North Lincolnshire - To £38,000 & Study Support if required
Chase and Holland are excited to be exclusively recruiting fantastic opportunity on offer for a highly motivated Finance Manager with one of our well respected North Lincolnshire based clients. This is a great opportunity to head up the finance function and lead a small team for a division of a large international group, especially if you are ambitious or just like being busy.
Reporting to the site Managing Director, responsibilities will include:
Managing a small finance team including the development and motivation of your team
Preparation of weekly management reporting and analysis for senior management
Preparation and presenting the management accounts pack to site and group
Consolidated budget preparation and monitoring
Preparation of audit working papers, liaising with auditors and assisting with statutory accounts preparation
Ad hoc projects including improving/implementing systems and cost saving initiatives
Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Cash flow management - daily reporting and projections
Accountable to the Managing Director and Group Finance Manager (at head office) and play a key part in the site leadership teamThe ideal candidate will be:
A part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Accountant with a proven track record
Knowledge of UK GAAP and ability to prepare statutory accounts
You will be self motivated to achieve challenging goals and will be seeking a hands on role
You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be presenting financial information at a senior level
IT literate including excel and ERP systemsIn return:
