KEY REQUIREMENTS
- GCE A/L Passed.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing transactions with customers using the SAP system.
- Collecting cash and card payments.
- Issuing receipts, refund and change accurately.
- Resolving customer complaints and providing relevant information.
- Providing necessary reports to the management.
