Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Reporting & Statutory Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with intake of new project ideas within the statutory and reporting team to assist with process simplification and streamlining processes efficiently
- Executing on projects prioritized as strategic or driving productivity, simplification or automation within the team
- Managing the communication and reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules. Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; defined milestones
- Analyzing the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the statutory and reporting processes, as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks
- Maintaining current statutory deliverables, master-data and templates required to be supported as a result of projects executed
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the wider organisation in order to gather data and performed required analysis
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Business and Commerce or similar
- Have minimum 4 years working experience in finance
- Have an experience in Excel, VBA & Macros, Well versed in Python for automation and SQL is an added advantage
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Have a strong oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
